1. 30-Day Return:
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the end of the statutory right of cancellation and lasting within 30 days after receiving the product. Timely returns ensure adherence to this policy.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a return, the product(s) must be complete, unused, and undamaged, ideally in the original wrap or a similar protective covering. Please note that the voluntary returns guarantee does not apply to gift coupons.
3. Return Process:
If you wish to initiate a return, contact our customer care via email or phone. You will receive detailed return information and a return label via email. If you face challenges printing the return information, we can send it to you by mail.
4. Return Costs:
For returns within the Islamic Republic of Iran using our return service is free of charge. However, if the return is due to a change of order or cancellation initiated by the buyer, the return fee must be covered by the buyer. In cases where the issue stems from Kansorug’s side, the cost of replacement and resending is covered by us.
5. Refund Process:
Upon the return of the product, reimbursements will be promptly processed using the same payment method employed for the initial transaction. This ensures that the refund coincides with the return, streamlining the process for our valued customers. Please note that this return policy operates independently of your statutory rights and does not impact your right of revocation as described in our terms. After-sales service requests, such as re-washing or periodic cleaning, will be addressed through coordinated communication.
